
5-Minute Stovetop S’mores Dip

Ingredients:
- ¾ – 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
- 3 ½ cup of chocolate chips (my recommendation is dark chocolate or semi-sweet, or a mix of both)
- 1 package jumbo marshmallows (or mini if you prefer)
- 1 package graham crackers
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Turn stovetop to low heat. Add skillet and butter when warm.
- Coat entire inside of skillet with melted butter using a basting brush and turn off the heat
- Add chocolate chips to the base of the skillet.
- Add marshmallows once the chocolate chips begin to melt.
- If using jumbo marshmallows, cut them in half (hamburger style) and place cut side down on top of the melting chocolate chips.
- Place skillet on middle-tier and bake for 5 minutes or until the marshmallow tops become golden brown. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
- Remove safely and let cool for two minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers.
