5-Minute Stovetop S’mores Dip

Stuck indoors? Try this easy 5-minute recipe for a family favorite dessert!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ – 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
  • 3 ½ cup of chocolate chips (my recommendation is dark chocolate or semi-sweet, or a mix of both)
  • 1 package jumbo marshmallows (or mini if you prefer)
  • 1 package graham crackers

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Turn stovetop to low heat. Add skillet and butter when warm.
  • Coat entire inside of skillet with melted butter using a basting brush and turn off the heat
  • Add chocolate chips to the base of the skillet.
  • Add marshmallows once the chocolate chips begin to melt.
  • If using jumbo marshmallows, cut them in half (hamburger style) and place cut side down on top of the melting chocolate chips.
  • Place skillet on middle-tier and bake for 5 minutes or until the marshmallow tops become golden brown. Monitor closely to avoid burning.
  • Remove safely and let cool for two minutes. Serve warm with graham crackers.
